He talks about the setup and mapping of names within the various lists, vendors, customers, employees, items, and jobs (projects). Recording of time and costs can be applied to projects for great task management processes and for job costing purposes.

Custom fields are a new feature and specific grouping processes sometimes referred to as project portfolio management are available. Reporting procedures with a total view of the project are an important feature within Mavenlink and they now also have a baseline feature with metrics to see how the projects have evolved over time.
